Park Hill located at Bukit Timah Link, spans an area of 4,611.1 square meters and allows for a maximum GFA of 13,834 square meters. The proposed development is a 20-storey building.

Park Hill is set to feature 160 residential units with shared amenities. The company aims to create a “cosmopolitan village lifestyle,” targeting young families and investors.
